By placing an order with BEST PANEL, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.

You will only use the BEST PANEL website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Soundcloud/Vine/Pinterest/Youtube/other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service pages.

BEST PANEL rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.

BEST PANEL does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and BEST PANEL will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

BEST PANEL tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Violate:

If We found any Unusual activity or if BEST PANEL thinks you violating BEST PANEL terms or harming BEST PANEL business, at this point BEST PANEL can stop doing business with any customer at any time. Unfortunately, for the privacy of our business, we will not be able to share the reason sometimes for closing your account or business with you. The decision will be permanent. You can use your remaining fund to order our services or you can ask for withdrawing your fund to the payment gateway you used for depositing the fund.

Refill Eligibility: To be eligible for a refill, your previous order must have been placed through BEST PANEL and the service should have dropped below the initial count. We will only refill the exact service and quantity that you previously ordered. If you have ordered from a different service provider, we cannot refill that order.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for

We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything into the BEST PANEL that does not include nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for YouTube or Soundcloud or Vine or Pinterest or Social Media community.

If your page had 100k+ followers/likes/views already before you order from us, it will not cover refill protection, even if you order for a refill server from us, as it's not possible to understand from where you lost the followers/likes/views.

Payment and Refund Policy

In BEST PANEL You need to deposit credit or funds before you place or submit your order. We do accept major payment gateways such as Perfect Money, JazzCash, Bank, EasyPaisa, Payeer, Coinbase, and Cashmaal. You need to sign up, go to add fund page, choose your payment gateway, and deposit your credit. After Successful payment, your credit will be deposited automatically within 5 min to your account balance.
Users understand that payments made on bestpanel.pk are non-refundable once processed.
Confirmation of the payment will be sent to the email provided during the transaction.
Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized transactions.
In the event of a problem with the services provided, users are encouraged to contact bestpanel.pk support for resolution.
Engaging in chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in the suspension of the user's account.
By completing a transaction on bestpanel.pk, users acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Users acknowledge that bestpanel.pk does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once a transaction is completed, users are not eligible for a refund, and the funds added to their account are non-reversible.
It is the user's responsibility to carefully review and confirm their order before making a payment.
Orders placed in BEST PANEL will be refunded or canceled if a customer requests it. You will receive a refund credit to your bestpanel.pk account if the order is non-deliverable.
If the order's page or account username/URL/Link change, is broken, remove or the account get suspended for violating social media terms & condition, BEST PANEL will not take responsibility for this, and if the order is status-completed, bulk follows will not refund the order.
Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders.
